The Marketing Road Less Traveled

Get on Google and do searches for small business marketing tactics.

Here’s what you’ll find.  Articles with meager suggestions and no explanations.  People hollering off mountain tops that social media is the bomb and you HAVE to do it or you’ll die.

What you won’t find are complete strategies with examples and templates and how-to’s.  If you’re lucky, you “may” find a gold nugget of someone who generously detailed a tactic they employed that hardly cost them any money to implement and was effective at the same time.  You may think those kind of tactics are few and far between but as it turns out, there are a LOT of them.

I know this because I have created and used many myself.  I also have connections with other marketers who share occasional tidbits like these.

That said, I have quietly been assembling these very kinds of tactics.  You will see a plain a simple explanation of the marketing process.  It logically progresses from the best definition of marketing I have seen, to walking through the steps and activities to define your market place, to developing the type of marking thrust across multiple marketing legs to attract clients, get clients to trust you and want to do business with you, to retaining and growing the individual customers to continue purchasing over time.

Keep your ears and eyes open for when this is released.  It’ll be in the next 45-60 days.  It will be a membership only with firm restrictions on the number of members per city because if I allow unlimited businesses to use the tactics many of the ready-made tactics (that are wickedly effective) lose their oomph if overused.
